Week of Sept 18...

If you're looking for something to do this week, here are three events that I've enjoyed a lot !

Genre [Sept 16-Oct 11] has an early Celtic theme. It offers period costumes, some iron age houses, furniture and a few modern Celtic inspired outfits like this sweater and skirt from Entice.
DP Koffin Nails is there with these EXCLUSIVE Celtic Couture nails in 12 colors with accent bands of gold or silver as well as a couple of Irish motif nail sets in shamrock greens and golds. If you like celtic knotwork, these are delicate and lovely.

Twisted Hunt continues till the end of the month. If you enjoy SL hunting, you can't really call yourself a hunter until you've successfully completed Twisted. With 87 locations, many of which include side hunts and gacha items, Twisted has a well-deserved reputation as the hardest hunt in SL. Hunt gifts are usually Fantasy / Gothic or Dark themed. Picture is taken in the graveyard of the Twisted Endgame, a frustrating, maddening, but ultimately rewarding experience. I'm wearing a couple of the prizes from the hunt and some awesome nails from DP Koffin Nails. There's nothing like walking through a graveyard searching for your own grave, but that's just how Twisted goes...

 Gacha Arcade [Sept 1-30] has some really fun items this round. My particular favorites are the dragons from +Aii {egosumaii}. These bento dragons come as COMMON singles or as the RARE Brothers. There is also a color change RARE single. All are animated and come with a static pose to use for pictures.
