FF 2021 One Last Look

Part of the magic of Fantasy Faire is that it is fleeting. Fantasy Faire 2021 will disappear into the mysts May 9. UPDATE: The Faire will remain open for shopping till May 12! Till then I will be spending as much time as I possibly can exploring and enjoying the magic and beauty of the Faire, but this will be my final blog about it.
Day to day blogging resposibilities have begun to knock on my windows and it's time for me to get back to what passes for reality in SL.

The Organizers, Quest planners, Merchants, Performers, Bloggers, Cataloger Compilers and Support People have done an absolutely amazing job of creating 21 fully integrated worlds with a single goal: to raise donations for Relay for Life to keep funding cancer research and care throughout the world.

  • Circe* Top, Bottom, Skirt & Belt from [QE] Designs
  • Star Scatter Pastel Rainbow Tattoo* from Even~Tide
  • Long-suffering dance partner just being his usual amazing self. He didn't even have to dress up for this picture because he's always that magical!
  • Shown on board the Fairechylde
I want to thank everyone who worked to bring this year's Faire to life. Whether on the front lines or working behind the scenes, it takes a
ton of thought, sweat and time to put together something this complex and I can tell you from working behind the scenes for the last four years, the folks who bring you Fantasy Faire are some of the most generous and just plain fun people I've ever known!

The pictures here are just a few of the looks I wore as I explored and partied throughout the Fairelands. Thank you to the marvelous folks who made their creations available for blogging!

Used in all pictures:
Head ~ Catwa HDPRO Queen 1.4
Body ~ Maitreya Lara 5.3
Skin ~ 7 Deadly S[k]ins (5 different skins for 5 pictures - have fun shopping!)

Fantasy Faire 2021 is the largest gathering of fantasy designers, enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world. From Thursday, April 22 to Sunday May 9, treat yourself to shopping, dance and theater performances, DJ parties, auctions, questing, our Literary Festival, fantasy art, events and roleplaying as thousands of Second Life residents and creators bring their own visions together to support the American Cancer Society’s vision of a world without cancer.
