- Fantasy Faire is over for 2025. Every year there is a sense of bittersweet nostalgia as the Fairelands sink into the mists. Fantasy Faire is my favorite event in SL. Nothing else even comes close to matching the beauty, wonder and sense of comradery that the Faire invokes. You'll see many folks with Fairelander as their last name. They paid for the right to change their legacy name to "Fairelander" in order to retain some of the spirit of Faire.
- Every year I have a stack of pictures that I've taken, fully intending to use them in well-thought-out and meaningful blogs. This will NOT be that blog. These are just some of the memories I will carry forward into 2025. I have my own reason to Relay and it's too raw to share here, but maybe next year I'll be able to write one on those inspirational "Why I Relay" pieces.
