A Renaissance Lady would never ride western style, but I couldn't resist taking a ride on one of the mounts available for use at the SL Renaissance Festival. 

Just click the vendor and sit, turn off your AO and away you go on anything from a Shetland pony to a warhorse. When you finish your ride detach the horse and it disappears. You don't even have to worry about returning it to the stable.
