Sci Fi and Smart Women

An homage to science fiction heroines inspired by the October adventure @ Calas Galadhon Park and a cute outfit available @ Designer Showcase:

Whether your favorite is Uhura, Trinity, Ripley, Pricess Leia or someone else, you know her the minute she steps onto the screen or appears in the novel. She's smart. She's not afraid to speak her mind or to take chances. She is even brave enough to fall in love and let her soft side show.
And no matter what she goes through, she always looks GOOD!

The Calas Dark Moon experience will put you in the universe of the movie Alien and is amazingly well done. Truck and Ty always create wonderful full-sensory experiences for each season and this one is unsettling enough to make you jump and feel the hair rise on the back of your neck without using clichéd horror props.
Allow yourself several hours to explore and enjoy the whole experience and follow those flares on the ground to find your way through the spaceship and the tunnels on the planet. The prize for this is the same satisfaction you get from watching a really good film.

I needed a comfortable outfit that would look good, but still allow me to run from those face huggers if I needed to. This Bellisima outfit from Prism fills that bill nicely, while allowing me to fulfill the other Sci Fi requirement of looking GOOD! Cashmere sweater, tweed shorts and thigh boots are available in 4 muted colors and nice textures. I added B&W nails from Moondance and beautiful Soul eyes from Dulce Secrets.
