Snow day!

Quiet Time in a Busy Season

Cocoa Break

There are few things better than hot chocolate on a cold day. I had arranged to meet a friend at the Rainy Cafe, but as the shadows settled in, it became clear that she wasn't going to make it. Sometimes RL ruins the best of plans!

 I consoled myself by having another cup of cocoa. We'll chat another day.

The photo contest at Grey Magic will end December 14. Enter by submitting up to 5 pictures taken in the region. Full information is available @ the Grey Magic landing point. The region makes a lovely setting to take pictures, even if you don't enter the contest. 

Inspired by the landscape, it wasn't difficult for me to start channeling Mother Nature in her Wintery best for this blog.
