You know how it goes. You save all year for your island vacation and the day you arrive, storm warnings go out. Now you're stuck here in a strange house with clouds looming over the beach you had planned to be basking on.
Oh well. Can't go out today, but maybe it will blow over quickly. In the meantime, I have the place all to myself, the house has a good sound system and I can order a pizza from the place down in the village. I can try on the new things I got at Designer Showcase and from [QE] Designs at the Good Vibes Hunt. It's been a while since I played dress up. This might be fun after all!
Hair from Jumo and jewelry from Moondance Boutique are available @ Designer Showcase. May round is May 5-28 with spring and summer looks for all occasions.
I'm wearing a kini and sandals from [QE] Designs @ the Good Vibes Hunt through May 12. Besides the Watermelon set, there are a Donut set, a cute Rosey Romper, matching shoes for each, the wall shelf with picture frames and coordinated rugs. This is a single sim hunt featuring 54 participating stores. Prizes cost from L$0-L$25. No hints. Camming skills are necessary, as this is not an easy hunt. You are looking for puffy pastel stars.
My nails are from Mani Pedi, of course. Very subtle and classy, they feature pearly secondary colors with a subtle stippling. Check out the main store to learn about the store hunts and other things going on @ Mani Pedi and L.S.D.
