February is Heart Health month in the US. Wear red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and save lives. Heart disease is usually associated with men, but cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women, so we need to think about hearts as something more than a sweet symbol of love. Ladies, and you guys who love them, wear red as a gentle reminder during Heart month and get educated about heart disease!
