Greetings from New Orleans

I checked into the Hotel Conundrum in New Toulouse feeling just a bit nervous. At least I look good thanks to  Designer Showcase *
New Orleans is a magic city, but to be all alone in an old hotel on the week of Mardi Gras is daunting.
I was here on business and couldn't participate in the city's party atmosphere until after my conference presentation was out of the way.
Right now I had to figure out how to get five suitcases up the rickety flight of stairs.
