Parade of Knights to kick off SL Renaissance Festival 2024

• The Renaissance Festival in support of the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is well underway. All donations, purchases and participation benefits ACS programs.

Live performance: tribute to Alice in Wonderland by MerryJest Starchild

@ the Theater Stage in Region 2

• Whether your interest in medieval and renaissance times manifests as full-fledged RP or just occasionally watching a sword & sorcery movie, you'll find something interesting here. There's Role Play, Sword Fighting, Jousting and Archery. There's Live Music, DJ's (most play non-renaissance music) and Storytellers. There's a really easy L$25 donation Hunt, Auctions and, of course, there is SHOPPING!

 Make your best effort at a period costume and join us for the fun. Trust me, once you start looking around, you will find all kinds of wonderful avatar mods and costumes you'll love! If you aren't a medieval or renaissance character when you arrive, you probably will be before you leave!

Moving in to Fall

• There are only a few days left to find the perfect "Moving in to Fall look" @ Designer Showcase. Hurry to the event before the 20th or you'll have to visit the designers individually rather than having them all conveniently in one place.

• Audrey from I.M.Collection is a one-piece that looks like separates. The huds include 25 colors for the Sweater, 20 solid colors + 5 earthy plaids for the Trousers and 6 metal colors for the trim. I concentrated on browns to go with my transitioning into fall theme, but there are lots of bright colors, too. Find it @ Designer Showcase.
