- It is time for the 4th Annual SL Renaissance Festival, Coming Home. The Festival opens September 22 and closes October1.
- If you enjoy Role-Playing in such lands as Arthurian England, Game of Thrones, Renaissance Italy, Spain, France or in the Scandinavian lands, don't miss this opportunity to demonstrate your fighting prowess, to Shop for authentic castle and farm decor and to find amazing garb of all sorts.
- It's also a lot of fun for those who only come for the turkey legs! There will be special events involving the Lindens, lots of Live Entertainment and a Hunt!
- There are 3 regions to explore with more than 60 merchants' shops, a large Minstral's area for music and dance and one region dedicated to such skills as jousting, sword play and archery. If you don't practice these arts yourself, come cheer for your favorite fighter!
- Merchants are donating 50-100 % of their sales to Strides Against Breast Cancer. Look for the special Vendors in the shops. A pink frame indicates 100% donation; a white one is 50%. You can also donate directly to kiosks throughout the lands to show your support.
